Before you send anything.

Will the CSV preflight fix my file?

No. It reads a CSV locally and points out selected issues. The paid rescue maps one supplier CSV with one product per row into new draft-product files and an exception report. Your five-product draft import is the acceptance test. XLSX and grouped variants are not accepted yet.

Does the Business Profile fee go to Google?

No. Google’s reinstatement request is free. The $79 buys preparation only. You submit the request, and Google makes its own decision.

Can I buy a Merchant Center audit?

No. The store check is a free, limited public-page tool. We do not sell a Merchant Center audit.

Do you need my login?

No. Do not send passwords or account access. We work by email, and you keep control of your accounts.

How do I send a file?

Start with the intake. After we confirm what to send, reply to our confirmation email with your file attached. There are no file uploads on this site.

When do you delete files?

Customer files are deleted 14 days after acceptance. Order records and delivery logs are kept 180 days for disputes. See our privacy policy.
