Terms of service
Merchant Unstuck is a brand of Barnett Software, LLC. These terms apply to the services described here. Prices are in US dollars and are paid once through Stripe after fit and scope are confirmed.
Shopify supplier-file rescue — $59
For $59 USD, we turn one supplier CSV with one product per row into a checked draft-product CSV, a five-product test file and an exception report. The report lists rows we could not safely map and anything you need to resolve.
New draft products only. No store access. You import the five-product file into your own Shopify store as drafts. That import is the acceptance test. Keep overwrite of existing products off and check the draft status before importing the rest.
XLSX files and grouped variants are not accepted yet. We do not update existing products, connect supplier feeds, manage inventory, publish products, write descriptions, source images, or work inside your account. We do not request credentials.
Business Profile preparation — $79
The $79 USD fee buys preparation: a tailored document checklist, evidence organization and appeal text for one Business Profile reinstatement request. You provide accurate facts and documents, and you submit the request yourself.
Google’s reinstatement request is free. You can follow Google’s official instructions without paying us. We are a separate preparation service.
No guarantee of reinstatement or any other Google decision. We decline businesses that do not meet Google’s guidelines or ask us to misrepresent anything.
No account access, submission on your behalf, fabricated evidence, listing management, legal representation or ongoing appeals.
Free store tool
The Merchant Center store check is free and not sold. Results describe information found or not found on the pages checked. They are not Google’s verdict or a compliance certification.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and only files and documents you have permission to share. Keep a backup of your originals. Do not send passwords, account access, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information. You apply imports and make platform submissions yourself.
We decline requests involving credentials, account access, misrepresentation or work outside the offer. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope or customer content is lost or altered, we refund any payment. We do not sell ongoing account management.
Refunds
Shopify supplier-file rescue
If the five-product file does not import as drafts, we refund the $59. The customer’s five-product draft import is the acceptance test. Email the exact import error so we can identify the problem.
Business Profile preparation
Intake is free. We confirm fit before payment. If we cannot deliver the agreed document checklist, evidence organization and appeal text, we refund the $79. We do not guarantee reinstatement; Google’s decision is not a refund condition.
Merchant Center store check
This is a free tool, not a paid offer. There is no payment to refund.
No additional refund deadline or paid retry condition is imposed. Contact hello@merchantunstuck.com with the order reference and relevant error. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
Files and records
Customer files are deleted 14 days after acceptance. Order records and delivery logs are kept 180 days for disputes. See the privacy policy.
Independent service
Not affiliated with Google, Shopify or Amazon. Platform names identify the systems involved. Third parties control their own rules and decisions; we make no promise about rankings, sales, reinstatement, acceptance or publication.
